A. We will response you within 24 hours after we got your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or email us so that we will handle your inquiry priority.
Q. How can I get the accurate official price?
A. Upon all your input provided for each RFQ , it will need you help us to understand your products applicaiton and your demands more detial other than parts spec or drawing, then we will quote you official price and present our tool plan within 2~3days .
Q. What type of material is best for my design/component?
A. Material selection depends on the application of your design and the environment in which it will function. But we can discuss the alternatives and suggest the best material for you.
Q. How can I verify my design risk before launch off?
A. we will offer our engineer team’s recommend comments /proposals upon producible, reliable, quality control, cost saving points;
Also we can build rapid prototype for you detail check the parts feature.
Q. When can I get parts once I decide place order?
A. normal tooling lead time :~4weeks; prototype lead time : 1~10days ; CNC parts : 2~3weeks
Q. Can you accept the very low MOQ?
A. Yes! the price will be subject your quantity level of each manufacturing batch, we understand it will take a few hundreds for pilot run before you ready for mass production. Part of mould order, we also provide you 2~3 times free test shots samples for you approval the mould and parts.
